Ana de la Reguera and Ana Gasteyer Bio

Ana Kristina Gasteyer was born in America. She is an artist, performer and actress. Her most recognizable role was as a member of the NBC sketch-comedy series Saturday Night Live, from 1997 until 2002. Since then, she has appeared in sitcoms such as ABC's Suburgatory TBS People of Earth NBC American Auto as well as on the television show Mean Girls. Gasteyer's professional career started with Northwestern University. She originally took a singing major but moved to theater when she became involved with the campus comedy group. The same energy was carried to her roles in supporting roles such in the roles of Sheila Shay, the overly-controlling character from Suburgatory and Karen Grisham the eccentric agent on Lady Dynamite. This has all led up to American Auto, the NBC comedy that grants Ana Gasteyer her long-awaited starring role. Anabell Gardoqui de la Reguera is a Mexican actress. She has starred in telenovelas films such as the HBO television show Eastbound & Down and Capadocia the Amazon television show Goliath and the 2006 comedy Nacho Libre. Reguera was born and raised in Veracruz. Nena dela Reguera was her mother. She had been Miss Veracruz, a journalist as well as a TV host. Reguera was a classical ballet student as a student at Instituto Veracruzano de la Cultura before going on to pursue a degree in performance arts.
